Dr. Fidelis Azeke is a University of the Pacific, Sacramento graduate and a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who specializes in treating patients of all ages.
He has been involved in the practice of psychiatry for over 4 years, overseeing the care of patients throughout the lifespan. Dr. Azeke is licensed as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in California,
Utah, Washington State and New York State.
Dr. Azeke specializes in treating patients with anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders, by providing medication management and other mental health treatment services. His working style is interactive and
